Technically Ravioli can copy every packaging made from cardboard and offers customized solutions for large volume merchants. Ravioli packaging is made of 70% recycled PP, manufactured in Europe and breaks even in terms of CO2 emission with an average cardboard packaging of the same weight after just two cycles. Along it's lifetime Ravioli reusable packaging can save up to 80% of CO2 emission and 90% of packaging waste when compared with single-use alternatives. 2. Software: Ravioli offers webshop integrations (e.g. Shopify, Woo Commerce etc.) for an easy plug-and-play integration for merchants. Through these integrations reusable packaging becomes easily available for users to be selected as an add-on during check-out. The Ravioli Web App guides users to the nearest drop-off location and manages a reward system (coupons / deposit). No download or registration needed. The Ravioli Back End manages the entire packaging fleet with all their unique identifiers and helps to track cycles and impact data. 3. Collection: Ravioli packaging can be returned at every DHL location throughout Germany without the need to print an extra label. Soon Ravioli packaging can also be returned at dedicated retail locations of well-known (inter)national retail chains 4. Refurbishment: Ravioli ensures high quality standards by inspecting and cleaning all packaging after every cycle at own facility in Hamburg.
