Maildock.io is managing shipments in international trade using automation and integrations. Current communication flow is heavily email-based and managing documents and deadlines for each shipment is done manually. This creates additional costs in demurrage and detention fees, document amendments, etc, and is a huge time waste. All of the current solutions work separately from users' actual workflow and we are building a full-stack shipment software that is aiming to become a full-featured platform for international trade. Product is on the front-side handling the mailbox through integrations to Outlook/Gmail and on the back is full team overview software like Asana/CRM but shipment tracking is integrated into the system. Document recognition is done with pattern matching and OCR. Early product has just been released to Microsoft Store. The team has just finished the OnDeck accelerator and is backed initially by Flexport which gives it a competitive advantage in working with shipment data and having a market overview.
