Besides, dropp deliveries are climate-neutral and executed via e-cargo bikes and reduce packaging as much as possible.

Problems Solved

Consumers’ expectations on the last mile are shifting and existing carriers can't match these new expectations. First, they can't serve emerging same-day standards (too slow, inflexible & not personalized, not sustainable). Second, their ops infrastructure and processes are not built for same-day delivery and third, they do not have the tech capabilities to orchestrate same-day delivery. Thus, non-Amazon online shops have no solution to deliver orders fast at stellar service levels.
