Sentics combines its on-site camera network with an AI based software solution to offer multiple use cases for intralogistics safety and efficiency at its clients sites based on one infrastructure. Despite using camera data, Sentics is fully GDPR copliant as the collected data is processed directly on the sensor. Only anonymous data is transmitted to a computing server and forwarded to a desired device.

Starting with safety and colission prevention, Sentics can further help to manage and count load carrier inventory, document loading processes or analyse and increase intralogistics process efficiency.

Problems Solved

With an AI camera system, Sentics are taking a holistic and innovative approach, tackling multiple pain points: 1) Protection of all persons regardless of technical devices; 2) No more infrastructure damage, e.g. at the hall door; 3) Preventive security and productivity analyses; 3) Good cost/benefit ratio due to scalability and standard components; The system locates all relevant persons and objects and provides anonymised data for safety and productivity analysis such as 3D live maps. This enables us to predict dangerous situations before an accident and to avoid accidents. However, if a dangerous situation does occur, we are able to actively brake the vehicle.
