SYNAOS offers the world’s first truly holistic Intralogistics Management Platform covering three principal solution scenarios: Mobile Robot Fleet Management, Warehouse Execution and Real-time Localization. A fourth solution for Industrial Truck Guidance is currently in advanced planning stages. Our Software-as-a-Service platform combines artificial intelligence and sophisticated algorithms with the latest, flexible and scalable cloud technology to orchestrate people, transport units and shopfloor assets in today’s factories and logistics centers of the future. Founded in 2018, we have released a product which introduced multiple "firsts" in an industry ripe for disruption, as indicated by recent awards for “Best Product” (LogiMAT 2022) and “Special of the Year” (IFOY 2022). Today, we have over 100 employees serving several enterprise customers in automotive and e-commerce and have our eyes set on further growth. Our international team is spread throughout Germany and Europe while our main office is in Hannover – our city of origin.

We love efficiency: Our scalable SaaS-Solution tackles three of the most important efficiency factors that are critical when it comes to best-in-class intralogistics operations: holistic, event-driven, real-time. Our holistic approach can include various shopfloor assets of many different manufacturers. In the event of sudden disturbances obstacles on the shopfloor or unforeseen problems with an asset, our algorithms calculate and suggest the best possible solution in real-time. We speak usability: Our software is designed with the average user and diverse workforces in mind. Our dedicated UX team built an intuitive and user-centric environment to enable both a quick set-up and smooth operability.

Today, most intralogistics processes are broken. Transport units are operated by a multitude of insufficient and incompatible vendor IT systems. Human operators, manual and automated vehicles are not integrated. Information flow is limited, and important data caught in silos. The SYNAOS Intralogistics Management Platform (IMP) connects all relevant resources, organizes and optimizes all processes holistically based in a constantly changing environment. The complexity of intralogistics processes is also constantly increasing. Supply chain volatility and market pressures coupled with heightened consumer expectations around delivery times, demand peaks and lows, as well as a shortage of skilled labor are key contributing factors. This is exactly where the SYNAOS IMP comes in. Our innovative approach combines artificial intelligence and sophisticated algorithms with flexibly scalable cloud technology. The SYNAOS IMP orchestrates people, transport units and shopfloor assets holistically, event-driven and in real time. As a truly resource independent solution, our API (VDA 5050) also offers customers full flexibility to operate heterogeneous fleets of automated guides vehicles, mobile robots, and manually operated machines by various manufacturers.
