To our knowledge, #tide is the only supplier of 100% ocean-bound plastic granules, yarn and filament. In addition to that, we are uniquely positioned in terms of our ecosystem. While the recycling industry usually consists of very segmented ecosystems with highly specialized individual players, we oversee the complete supply-chain from collection to upcycling and thanks to our B2B-partners we’re able to control and maintain the quality of our materials through all the different steps. This makes us a one-stop-shop for B2C-brands who want to launch sustainable products.
Problems Solved
Every year, more than eight million tons of plastic waste end up in the ocean and on coastlines. By giving value to this waste, Tide is helping to close the circle of plastic production and reduces the consumption of non-renewable fossil resources.
