Our customers involve all their employees who participate in procurement process by providing them with required tools and different access level. Employees from top-managers to field workers use ViaCorex platform on daily basis. On average our clients have more than 100 users.

Our clients can manage not only procurement or e-sourcing activities but also all supply processes in ViaCorex system – from initial demand submission till final consumption. Our target customers are Construction and Ship repair & building industries. Both these sectors are project-based businesses with their specific processes (e.g., big number of projects, managed simultaneously; big number of warehouses; huge amount of expensive equipment (fixed assets); etc.). We are nailing our product functions to cover their specific needs. ViaCorex offers comprehensive functionality nailed for the target industry for affordable price. On the other side – we provide B2B e-commerce solution for suppliers on our platform. By the end of 2022, we will allow suppliers easily launch from templates B2B & B2C e-shops accessible from outside of our platform. Later on, ViaCorex platform we plan to create an internal B2B marketplace. Our focus on niche industry allows us to create buyers-suppliers ecosystem. On our future roadmap we plan to add account payable management, dynamics discounts management, and integrations with third party financing providers.

In many companies thousands of purchase requisitions and orders are still managed by emails and excels. Information about stock levels, inventory movements, write-offs or take-offs delays or is not accessible for employees involved in projects. Data input and transition requires a lot of manual work. This leads to underperformance – spending too much time on tasks that can be automated and optimised.
